Vouvray Sec - AOC Vouvray - 2020

The wine made from the Chenin Blanc grape on father and son, Jean Claude & Didier Aubert's 37 hectares in Vouvray. The wine pairs perfectly with seafood.

The bottle has been aged in a natural cellar built in the Touraine limestone. Vouvray has great ageing possibilities. Notes of apple, orchard fruit and a coating finishing from the natural sugars within the wine. 

The Aubert family started cultivating on in Vouvray in 1823.
